Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by identifying, generating, and qualifying high-potential leads
  • Conduct market and industry research to inform strategic sales decisions
  • Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations, and executive discussions
  • Support on end-to-end proposal process, including follow-ups and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and pipeline activity for informed decision-making
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between client needs and company solutions

Who We Are Looking For:

  • 2–3+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development
  • Experience in the IT or Technology sector is a strong advantage
  • B2B sales and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali
  • Professional presence, strategic mindset, and result-driven approach

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related field
