Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying, generating, and qualifying high-potential leads
- Conduct market and industry research to inform strategic sales decisions
- Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations, and executive discussions
- Support on end-to-end proposal process, including follow-ups and documentation
- Maintain accurate records of leads and pipeline activity for informed decision-making
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between client needs and company solutions
Who We Are Looking For:
- 2–3+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development
- Experience in the IT or Technology sector is a strong advantage
- B2B sales and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali
- Professional presence, strategic mindset, and result-driven approach
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related field
