DLYTICA AI is seeking experienced Databricks Data Engineers to work on DataNature Sovereign AI Lakehouse, AI360 Studio, and enterprise projects across North America, Nepal, and the Middle East.

Job Summary

• Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
• Work arrangement: Hybrid/Onsite
• Job type: Full-time
• Total openings: 20
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 15 years of professional experience after completing a bachelor’s degree.
• Senior/Lead opening: One position requiring 8+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes for enterprise data platforms.
• Work with PySpark, Spark SQL, Python, and Delta Lake.
• Implement data governance and access controls using Unity Catalog.
• Integrate data from multiple sources across cloud environments.
• Improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of data pipelines.
• Collaborate with international clients and cross-functional teams.
• Follow best practices for Git, CI/CD, documentation, and code quality.

Required Skills

• Databricks knowledge or  a Databricks certification will be given preference.
